A Prayer for Life
Father, how awesome and great You are. Thank you for caring and loving me, in spite of my sin—for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Even my works of righteousness are like filthy rags and worthy of death and eternal separation from You. Yet Father, You so loved the world (me) that You gave Your only begotten Son (Jesus) to die the death of the cross that whoever believes in Him should not perish (eternally separated from You), but have everlasting life.
Help me Lord, to confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in my heart that You (God), raised Him from the dead and I will be saved (have my sins forgiven and have eternal life). Thank you that I can come before You as Your child with boldness and ask for mercy for the sin of Abortion. Please Lord Jesus help those that are blinded from the truth that You are the giver of life. Change the hearts and minds of the mothers, fathers, abortionists, our government leaders, and your church. That once again we can truly be a nation, a people, and a church under God with Liberty and the Right to Life.
